Famous people make up an estimated 0.000086% of the population. Yet even in this minuscule percentage, there are STILL people who are completely and utterly untalented.
For us painfully average, non-famous people, Reddit user u/MinDexterity provided an outlet for us to complain about these overrated celebs, asking the internet, "Which celebrity is surprisingly bad at the thing they're famous for?" People did NOT hold back, so here are a few examples:

1. "Jennifer Lopez."
2. "The most obvious one — Taylor Swift. Besides the fact that she is the epitome of basic, her singing and dancing are on par with your average high school talent show. Excellent marketer though."
3. "Snoop Dogg with rapping. All he's good at is smoking weed and being a headline."
4. "I'm gonna ruffle some feathers here, so I'm bracing myself, but Bob Dylan's music is fucking ANNOYING."
5. "Kid Rock."
6. "DJ Khaled."
7. "Lars Ulrich. He is a remarkably dogshit drummer."
8. "Keanu Reeves. Wonderful person, phenomenal even. But holy shit, he cannot act."
9. "Gal Gadot, arguably the worst actress ever. Every single one of her roles has her sounding the same. It seems like she has no versatility."
10. "Jerry Seinfeld."
11. "Tommy Wisseau, but it's because he's so bad at it that he's got any fame in the first place."
12. "George Lucas. Don't get me wrong, I don't hate Star Wars (or Indiana Jones), and he's very talented and in many ways a creative genius. He's written some infamous dialogue, though, made some truly hated characters, and made some truly weird and poor decisions. He's one of the richest men in Hollywood, and it amuses me cause he basically specced into the right stuff and has managed it, just fumbling sometimes."

14. "Jamie Oliver. I don't know who told him he can cook."
15. "Rachael Ray is a bad cook with a wonderful TV personality."
16. "Jimmy Fallon."
17. "James Corden."
18. "Kevin Hart."
19. "Even Joe Rogan fans would probably say that he is basically a subpar participant in everything; he's essentially famous for being a fan. Martial arts, stand-up comedy, he's basically a friend of actual martial artists and actual stand-up comedians."
20. "Bill Nye never earned a PHD or worked as a research scientist. He was a Boeing employee-turned-comedian. He is also kind of a jerk."
21. "Dr. Phil with therapy/psychology."
22. "Dr. Oz."
23. "Elon Musk, purely because I'm not sure what he actually does aside from spending a lot of money on companies and being loud and annoying. He's seen as some kind of amazing visionary, but what has he himself actually done to prove that?"
Finally:
24. "Donald Trump. The answer is always Donald Trump."
