“Yeah, I’m Fully Bald... This Is Four Transplants”: 20 Celebrities Who Got Shockingly Honest About All The Plastic Surgery Procedures They’ve Had

“I went from, in my mind, hideous, to not hideous.”

Celebrities are constantly hit with plastic surgery rumors, but very few actually come out and reveal what they've had done. And when they do, the stories behind their decisions can be surprisingly candid. So, here are 20 celebrities who have openly talked about the plastic surgery they've gotten:

    1. In 2025, Simone Biles opened up to People about having three surgeries: a breast augmentation, a lower blepharoplasty, and earlobe reconstruction. She said the eye surgery addressed hereditary under-eye bags that photographers had commented on for years, while the earlobe surgery repaired damage from an earring being ripped out when she was younger. Biles said she tries to be "as transparent as possible" about cosmetic work and added, "As long as you love yourself, that's really all that matters."

Stamos wasn't happy with the result, writing, "Let's call it what it was — vanity," before later having it redone by Michael Jackson's plastic surgeon. He joked that he quickly became the "double-nose-job guy."
