*While the model has embraced her birth name, Angela White, she's said she still goes by Blac Chyna professionally.
In a new Instagram video, Chyna broke down each cosmetic procedure she's had over the years while reflecting on her decision to reverse many of them. In case you missed it, Chyna began removing the silicone injections from her butt in 2024, reduced her breast implants, and dissolved her facial fillers. Talking about her decision to remove them, she said they simply didn't represent who she was "internally."

"You have to think about it like this," she told Entertainment Tonight at the time. "Whatever we put on the outside is the first thing [people see]. I could look at you and make any assumption right until you start speaking to me."

"So my thing is before you even start talking to me or give me a chance I want you to see, 'Okay this is a well-rounded woman,'" said Chyna, who began enhancing her look at 19 while working as a dancer. "Not with these types of boobs, and a big butt, and the big lips. It’s just like, ‘Ahh.’ It put me in this category when that's really not who I am internally."

In her latest Instagram video, Chyna confirmed she's now removed "all" of the silicone in her butt while clearing up one longtime misconception. "I've never had a BBL," she said. "I ain't have no fat on my body to get no BBL. No shade."

Going on, Chyna shared that she's also had multiple boob jobs. "My first set of boobs was 300 CCs," she said. "I went from 300 to 700 CCs to 500 to 300 down to 100. I think I have 120 CCs now."

Chyna explained that she's "naturally flat-chested," which is why she still has small implants. "Once they get stretched out, they need something, so it's not empty space inside of there," she said.

She went on to reveal that she's dissolved all of her facial fillers, including in her chin, cheeks, and jawline. "I don't get any Botox," she added, "And that's really it."

"Back to the basics baby," Chyna wrote in the caption.
The reversals are just part of a broader transformation for Chyna over the past few years. She was baptized in 2022, adopted a healthier lifestyle, and celebrated more than three years of sobriety in February. She also left OnlyFans, where she was reportedly making over $200 million annually.

Chyna told The Jason Lee Show that the decision had to do with “setting an example” for her kids, King Cairo, 13, whom she shares with Tyga, and Dream, 9, whom she shares with Rob Kardashian.

"As fast as [the money] comes, as fast it goes," she told Entertainment Tonight. "And also, too, it comes with a lot of negativity, you know? My kids are getting older, they see all these things, and I'm just not going out like that."
