Bad Nerves are back, and they’re not easing into their next era.
The Essex, U.K., rock firebrands have unveiled “Network,” their first new music since 2024’s acclaimed Still Nervous and one of their heaviest and most confrontational songs yet. Released today (June 24) via Pearl Jam guitarist Stone Gossard’s Loosegroove Records, the single serves as the opening salvo for a larger announcement still to come.

Over the past two years, the band’s profile has expanded dramatically on both sides of the Atlantic. Following the release of Still Nervous, Bad Nerves toured relentlessly, opening for Green Day across South America and Europe and joining Weezer for a European run. They also brought their famously chaotic live show to Australia and Japan while making appearances at major festivals including Lollapalooza Chile and Chicago and the Rock am Ring and Rock im Park gatherings in Germany. Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong also famously declared Bad Nerves “the best band in England right now” before inviting them on the road.
The artwork for “Network” hints at a broader conceptual world still unfolding. Inspired by a scientific illusion the band encountered during a museum visit in Switzerland, the image introduces a robotic central figure that reflects the song’s themes of control, programming and manufactured reality.
Fans won’t have to wait long to hear the new material in person. Bad Nerves are spending much of 2026 on the road, with additional dates across Europe and the U.S., including shows alongside the Offspring and Die Toten Hosen, plus a packed summer festival schedule.
“It feels like this is the main thing we’ll ever do in our lives,” says frontman Bobby Nerves. “If we’re remembered for anything, let it be this.”
